Wow school is almost here!! How do i lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks??

Wow you can't. and not maintain your health. a more realistic goal is the loss of 20 pounds by nov or dec. eating your fruits and veggies, eating fish and occasionally chicken instead of red meat and signing up for an aerobics class will definitely get you started in the rite direction while still maintaining your health. if not aerobics, then try swimming, and if not that then running. but eating the rite sized and healthy portions will not only make you look better, but feel better too

LIQUID HOODIA
My friend is now taking the new liquid Hoodia drops and she loves them.
 
The only downside is that the real Hoodia is VERY expensive. So, people pass off other plants as African Hoodia (the only one known to work) or mix Hoodia w/herbs so they can use less.
So, you should always look for the analysis certificate and import certificate on the site to verify what you are paying for.
 
Personally, I have used it myself and on occasion, still use it to trim down… like after the Holidays.
 
It works great if you use it the right way and make sure you keep your diet and lifestyle as healthy as you can.
