Wow you can't. and not maintain your health. a more realistic goal is the loss of 20 pounds by nov or dec. eating your fruits and veggies, eating fish and occasionally chicken instead of red meat and signing up for an aerobics class will definitely get you started in the rite direction while still maintaining your health. if not aerobics, then try swimming, and if not that then running. but eating the rite sized and healthy portions will not only make you look better, but feel better too
