I weight 240lbs and would like to weight at least 200lbs by may or early june. Is there a drink that can help me loose fat quickly to jump start the process? and what foods can I eat to increase my metabolism. Thanks

Simple, but it takes dedication.  Go on the Internet and type in FITDAY.  Buy the program and track all your food.  Put down your weight, how much you want to lost, and how fast.  It will tell you how many cals you can eat.  Simply use foods you like in small portions, and add fruits and veggies that are good for you.  Drink lots of water.   I weighed 280 on 8 Jan 08, and this AM I was 253.  If you are 240, you are eating about 3600 cals a day now.  I eat about 1700 or 1800 daily.  I have not been tempted to go off the diet yet.  Once I had a larger steak though.  Tonight I had an 8oz porterhouse with my fav veggies.  YOU  CAN DO IT.

53 thumbs up

Basically if there were a miracle drink that people could drink and lose weight, I think whoever made that drink could buy Microsoft. In other words, it's a dream, but not a dream that was ever realized...

To lose weight you should spend more calories than you consume. To do that you should increase your physical activity and reduce the amounts of food. However, to do that in a safe way, you should set yourself some realistic goals. What you're saying sounds like a good plan, so probably the best way for you to go about things is to get in touch with a dietitian who will set you a plan, and sign up at your local gym.

I strongly recommend that you not be swayed by "magic tricks" because they don't work.

Good luck!
