What is a percolater and what does it do? what are the benefits and what are the drawbacks when smoking?
A percolater is a coffee maker machine. On one end you put the scrunched coffee, water on the other end. When the machine starts, the water are being boiled and pured through the coffee to a jug.
I think he is talking about a percolater like on a bong. It is just a section on the bong, on the shaft, that puts smoke through more water, they are very nice for smoking. I used to have a bong with 3 percolaters and a ice catcher, it was godly.
