Hello! That's a great question. Getting traffic to your website can be extremely challenging. Basically, you have two choices PPC (pay per click) and using web 2.0 sites for freee promotion so you come up in the search engines' natural search. I use free traffic generating programs for most all of my free traffic.

Some require you to surf other member web sites to earn it, while others simply require you to post links to your free traffic page. There are many other ways to generate free web site traffic, you can find more information at one of my favorite free traffic pages http://www.freecoffeesite.com/freetraffic.htm

Start writing good content that the end user will find useful. Good content will bring links from credible websites which in turn leads to favorable search engine positioning. The most relevant traffic will come from search, and keep in mind quality over quantity.

Consider the following to increase traffic:

1st of all, try to get more back links to your website. The easiest and safest way to do it is submit your website to free web directories , write some articles & submit those in free article listing websites. Do social bookmarking for your site. These will definitely help you to get quality traffic.
