Hi its not about buying fitness gadgets and fitness equipment its about using it on a regular basis - the trouble with fitness gadgets is most folks shove them in a corner and forget to use them as they are meant to be used - I have this flexibility fitness bar I have stood right next to my computer so I get to workout every time I get up from my workstation - its the easiest fitness tool to use that gets my agility flexibility ability results...
I tried many diffrent stuffs to maintain my fitness but never evr got the real answer but finally one day my friend suggested me a product which i never came cross,so just i wanted to share with you......go ahead and make ur fitness

You can look on the creigs list they have alot of work out equipment listed

And more I started searching the list and was amazed at all the things I have found. I have bought my grand children clothes that are brand new and toys still in its original packaging.
