I have an idea for a website and application embedded in it that I would like to create. I really like the design and software that runs www.geni.com. How do I build something that most closely resembles the software feel of their site? What software development firms should I talk to?
In an ideal world, I would find software/web developers that would all be part of a team getting paid through equity. How can I find such people?
