I'm a student at the Maldives College of Higher Education, doing a degree in Information Technology. This semester, there is a module called "Help Desk & Service Provision" which is a bit on the business side of information technology. I find these that I'm very unfamiliar with this subject. Are there any e-learning resources, or webcasts on the internet which would aid me with this module? The module uses the textbook "A guide to help desk concepts" by Donna Knapp, of which there are only two copies in the library which are borrowed by other students and lecturers.
