I'm sorry, unfortunately, this driver does not exist. I've heard about this problem before. It's very frustrating.

I'll search, while you Cool wait.

Hi, the best place I can think to look is the driverguide website, however you if you must join, and it's free to join. But some areas, depending upon what you need may require a free or paid membership.  I sincerely hope you havent visited this  website yet, for this advice will be rendered useless.  I did check other sites but could only find drivers for 4000 and up, beginning with driver 8 series.  I'm thinking that if all else fails, you may need to use driver 6 series.  Good luck!

The Fourth Annual GMAC Insurance National...

Results from the 2008 GMAC Insurance National Drivers Test released today found that 16.4 percent of drivers on the road ? amounting to roughly 33 million licensed Americans ? would not pass a written drivers test exam if taken today. The fourth annual survey, which polled 5,524 licensed Americans from all 50 states and the District of Columbia, is designed to gauge driver knowledge by administering 20 actual questions taken from state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) exams. Kansas drivers ranked first in the nation, with an average test score of 84.0 percent; New Jersey drivers ranked last, with an average score of 69.9 percent. Overall, findings from the 2008 survey indicate that an alarming number of licensed Americans continue to lack knowledge of basic rules of the road. While the national average score improved slightly to 78.1 percent (from 77.1 percent in 2007), in general, geographical regions ranked similarly to previous years, with the lowest average test scores in the Northeast. Across the board, respondents continued to have difficulty on questions about yellow lights and safe following distances. Eighty-four percent could not identify the correct action to take when approaching a steady yellow traffic light, and 73 percent could not properly identify a typical safe following distance from the car in front of them. American Drivers Have an "Inferior...

Americans are doing more than just driving behind the wheel at least 12 hours each week. Longer commutes and more obligations force drivers to eat meals, conduct business, and even groom themselves within the confines of their cars. All of this activity leads to messy on-the-go disasters that contribute to a less-than-perfect car interior. A recent survey from Milliken & Company's YES Essentials brand revealed 72 percent of Americans have stains on their car interiors. The survey also found the unsightly stains and unpleasant odors that result from this added wear and tear have lead to driver dissatisfaction a sort of "inferior interior" complex. The survey found 60 percent of American drivers acknowledged they like their car's interior less than its exterior. The survey also revealed stains and odors on a person's car interior cause a tremendous amount of embarrassment. Nearly two out of five drivers (37 percent) admit they would be embarrassed to drive around someone whom they wanted to impresssuch as a date, client or colleague. Forty-eight percent of Americans have even felt the need to apologize for the state of their car's interior before letting a passenger get in.Not only are people unhappy and embarrassed by their car's interior, but they also feel others might get the wrong impression about their lifestyle and habits - based on what's found inside their car. Nearly eight in 10 (77 percent) drivers believe the inside of someone's car reveals a lot more about their interests and lifestyle than the outside.Despite these concerns, Americans continue to engage in activity that leads to a dirty car interior, as nearly 60 percent of all vehicle owners eat or allow someone to eat in their vehicles1, and the average person eats 32 restaurant-purchased meals in their car every year.

As part of the first-ever National Teen Driver Safety Week, Oct. 15-19, 100 teens from coast to coast are convening in Washington, D.C. today for a State Farm student-led youth summit to talk about real solutions that can change driving behaviors and help save lives. The young drivers will take the findings back to their communities to activate best practices.State Farm and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia actively joined U.S. Rep. Charlie Dent (R-PA) in his push for a National Teen Driver Safety Week. Held the third week of each October, it encourages parents, young drivers, lawmakers and educators to work together to change risky driving behaviors and help save lives. Congressman Dent and U.S. Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) joined with more than 50 co-sponsors on June 6, 2007 to introduce the bipartisan resolutions in Congress to create the week.
