Sure, find the section titled "Posted Items" in your profile, and click "edit" in the section top bar. You will find there a variety of methods to post external links to your profile.

Hi, I needed help with the same thing that you have answered for Ofer Shani. I went to the Posted Items, as you mentioned, and there seems to be no visible option as to where I should find the "Edit" area. Could you give any more guidance or provide a screenshot? I don't think Facebook makes it very intuitive for people to link externally, which is a pity on the interconnected Web.
