I want to make a collection of great web design ...

I want to make a collection of great web design samples. It turns out, however, that saving web pages the usual way does not preserve the orginal look (some elements get dispositioned). I tried "print screen" but sometimes the pages are longer than screen height. Maybe "save as pdf" would do the job but browers do not have such option. What could I do?

Try the

Pearl Crescent Page Saver extension for Firefox - it will save the entire page as an image in PNG or JPG format.  The free version should work just fine for your needs.

Screengrab!. Its a free Firefox extension that does the same as Pearl Crescent Page Saver and saves the entire page to JPEG or PNG.

Thank you all! My choice stopped on a tiny but useful program called Webshot (http://www.websitescreenshots.com).
