What is the easiest way to peel a ripe Avocado?
I love Avocado!
You cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
Remove the pit.
With a sharp knife apply very little pressure on the peel so that you only cut the peel but not the fruit.
You can also easily remove the yummy part with a spoon.
Hi,
My system is cutting the avocado in half and using a spoon to get the inside out. This is very useful when preparing avocado dip. It usually works the best when the avocado has a shell like hard peel, cause then you can really get all the fruit out.
Good luck.
