anyone know a good way to lose weight for a guy(15) and build up muscle fast i only have 2 weeks before a competition

Wreseler's use what's called a sweaty betty. It's a plastic suit that helps you loose weight while you work out, I believe it uses your own body heat to intensife the weight loss, but most is water weight. Depending on what type of competion you are in, will really depend on what type of loss you need. If you want to skip a meal, try lunch and cut back on all carbohydrates until the night before your competion. Don't use these methods for long term loss, they are only ment for meeting weight catogories and quick fixes. I you want long term loss, cut you portions in half. When ever you sit down to a meal, take half off you plate, by a few days you will never even miss the excess you had. Hope this helps, and good luck! Sorry if I miss spelled, I am horrible =(

the sweaty betty sounds like a great idea, also stick to raw veggies, dark green or orange/red veggies like brocolli, romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, or stick to liquid drinks such as veggie drinks like V8, but best to make your own. 3 carrots and 1 stick of cellery is tasty for a drink, use a juicer. Avoid all meats until the day before the event. Stay away from anything white or yellow, Bread, noodles, rice, mayo, butter, corn... etc. Those fatten you up!
