the sweaty betty sounds like a great idea, also stick to raw veggies, dark green or orange/red veggies like brocolli, romaine lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, or stick to liquid drinks such as veggie drinks like V8, but best to make your own. 3 carrots and 1 stick of cellery is tasty for a drink, use a juicer. Avoid all meats until the day before the event. Stay away from anything white or yellow, Bread, noodles, rice, mayo, butter, corn... etc. Those fatten you up!
