I want run sweepstakes that will raffle off a trip ...

I want run sweepstakes that will raffle off a trip. The trip will be focused around an event that will take place next March. Since I will not be announcing the winner until the end of 2008, how do I reserve the hotel and airlines tickets to assure that we will have them for the event?
