I want to open a small town gay bar

hi, i live in a small town 40 miles south of atlanta, ga. i want to open a gay drag show bar. i have no money, and i have never worked in the bar business, except doing shows. there is a market for this i believe. there are no gay friendly places on the entire south side of atlanta, but there are thousands of gay people. i need a backer, and lots of advice. if i can feel confident to take the first steps, i know i can make it work. if anyone can help me with any of these things please respond.
