A:

Sperm count is not the same as the amount of semen though.  Semen is manufactured in the prostate gland, while sperm are produced in the testes.  They mix along the way to ejaculation.  You can have a small amount of semen and a high sperm count.  And vise versa.  Make sure that the diet you are now eating isn't to increase the number or athleticism of your sperm.  All you will get with that is a greater chance of little Ali's.
