if his back is bad & knee is bad you he still should be able to give you oral pleasure i would think. you may want to ask a doctor about what is the best position for you & him to be in considering his bad back and knee. The back is one of the worst problems to have when it comes to finding a relaxing sex position. Maybe he can sit down in a comfortable chair and you can sit on him without putting pressure on his back. the key is that he can not move or be rest and you have to do all the work without applying pressure to his back or knee. Maybe you have to experiment until you find the best positions where it doen't hurt
