What I always do when I want a specific hairstyle is I take a photo from a magazine to my hairdresser so that she knows exactly what i want and can replicate it for me. Miley wears hair extensions. Unless you are truely blessed with hair naturally as long and thick as her fake hair, a start would be coloring your hair to match hers. To take it a step further, you could look into getting hair extensions (clip ons are the cheapest). Jessica Simpson has a nice line of extensions, with many colors to choose from.
