I wanna know whether the sentence-"what kind of television services you are using sir?" is correct or in correct. If it is incorrect then what is the correct sentence?

Keep service singular not plural. And in your question you asked "I wanna." Your writing would improve if you spelled the word out instead of putting it in slang: I want.
