Hi,
I just found out that the wall I want to open up/knock down is load baring and will require a header(support)
It is one wall about 11 feet wide that has to be openned up (arched) a header support installed and 11 feet wide of ceramic tile installed (which I have)
I will be doing the painting.
I was given a quote of $5,000 and told it would take 3 days
Does that price seem right?
