Well , he sounds depressed...
1) maybe a little vacation or something... just something out of the usual to remind him that life is more than work, tv and sleep...
2) don't wait till bedtime... get him in the morning... get up early make yourself pretty and showered and give him a quicky before work...or schedule your romps...
3) more exercise... it's important for blood flow and libido..if you don't feel good you don't want to have sex...take a walk together...
4) you could even take more of an interest in yourself... have you gone from tight dress pants to sweatpants... swapped our thongs for granny panties.... stopped brushing your teeth every time you kiss...stopped shaving regularly....it really does make a difference.. sometimes we forget how WE use to be...
5) try visual stimulation... men are very visual creatures...maybe he just isn't seeeing alot of "sexy" in his life right now... maybe watch a dirty movie with him...
The possibilities are just endless....
