Pregnancy symptoms are different between different women and even the same woman might have different symptoms for every pregnancy (in my second pregnancy I was sick only after eating my mother ion law's food. Go figure).
FET symptoms are the same as any other pregnancy, except the woman might be more tense than usual, and more in tune with her body, so she notices anything new or different.
