how can u make your drawing come out the paper where u can actually feel it poping out
The real trick to emulating 3D in 2D is all in light and shadow. This is called modeling in traditional art. You need to pick a good light source direction, then make sure everything in your drawing has the proper light, shadows and highlights/specularity. Without proper light and shadow, things just look flat. Also make sure your perspective is correct.

Hi clos-432, my advice, practice drafting for awhile, good ole fashioned pencil, and the internet is full of 'free schoolin' ;p If you look carefully, and I guarantee you tho, it will help your art immensely.
Good luck
Carrie
