Russia Visa Services (for US tourists)
Nationals of most foreign countries (including US citizens) need a visa to enter Russia. We are pleased to offer Full Russia Visa Services for US tourists. We will make a Russia visa application process, which is usually quite complicated, easy and quick.
To complete your application process, proceed with the following:
Step 1. Fill out application form
You are welcome to fill out a Russia visa application form online. If you do not want to fill out the application form on the web site, you can download it, fully complete, sign and mail us with all the necessary documents and payment. Please choose the most appropriate option.
Step 2. Send and retrieve documents
Send your original passport and one photo and choose the option for retrieving a passport and a visa. Please use the following mail address for sending documents:

We recommend you to use DHL, Fed Ex or UPS. We are not responsible for any delays, losses or damages of your documents during the mail delivery.
Step 3. Make a payment
We offer several forms of acceptable payment. You can pay for your Russian visa by credit card or check. Applying by mail, do not forget to send a check payment for Optima Tours.
Visa Application Tips
To apply for your Russian visa successfully, try to fill out all the fields in the application form correctly. Do not forget to name each city or village you intend going to. Make sure you enter in the entry and departure date, as your Russian visa cannot be done without these dates. You can leave the following questions blank: "Department or organization to be visited", "Do you have medical coverage valid in Russia?"
Medical Insurance
Medical insurance is required for the citizens of Israel, Finland, Estonia, as well as for the citizens of Schengen Agreement Member States (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain). Medical insurance is not required for US citizens.

We provide Full Russia Visa Services and take care of every step in your visa application process. However, we do not issue Russian visas ourselves and, therefore, cannot guarantee that the Consulate will issue a visa.
In the event that we have already submitted your application to the Russian Consulate when you cancel your order, or in the unlikely event that your visa application is denied, we will not be able to provide a refund.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen visas or documents sent by mail.
