I consider myself a person with serious album there (by contents not by size) and I want some more.. "action" there...Any tips?
I would try these four things:
Join Groups - Use the "Groups" tab at the top of your page, then enter a search term in the the search box. Choose your terms based on the individual picture, and/or types of pictures you take. Have a great sunset shot? Seach out the "sunset" groups - and don't forget the "sky" groups and the "clouds" groups, etc. Do you shoot a lot of portraits? Then search for "portrait" and "people" and "children" etc. Be sure to READ the group description - some have very specific posting requirements. It helps to choose popular groups with many members and lots of posted pics.
Add Contacts - See someone who has work you admire? Send them a note, and say you'd like to add them as a contact. Also look for people who share your job title, hobbies, and interests. More contacts leads to more people REGULARLY viewing your work.
Make comments yourself - See a pic you like? Comment on it. It may lead to a reciprocal comment and/or contact.
Tag your Pics - Many people search by tag. Having your photos tagged helps them turn up in searches.
Good Luck! Oh, and feel free to add me as a contact!
The search for people who can answer your question continues for as long as needed - until you find the answer you were looking for.
When an answer is posted by someone who was invited (byYedda or by yourself) to answer your question, their answer is marked with a yellow "invited by Yedda".
To be invited to answer other people's questions in your areas of knowledge and interest, be sure to list your favorite topics:
» My Settings My Topics.
Of course, the more helpful your answers are, the more likely you are to be invited to future questions...

I agree with coollibrarian except for one thing - adding others as your contacts doesn't do a thing. It only means YOU can view THEIR work regularly, not vice versa. What you want is for the others to ADD YOU as THEIR contact! The more people have you in THEIR contacts list, the more people will see the pictures you upload.
The most important things to do then are:
1. Visit other people's streams and comment and/or fave them.
2. Join groups and post pictures to them (make sure you follow the groups' rules).
Another tip: upload in small batches. Here's why - when people log into their flickr account what they normally see on the first page are the 4 most recent pictures uploaded by their contacts. If you have, let's say, 10 new photos in your stream and you upload them all at once, your contacts will see only the last 4 of them, and after a short while even they would disappear from view because other contacts' recent photos will take their place. So, if you upload 4 first, wait a whiole, and then upload the rest, you have a better chance of exposure.
Good luck, and feel free to visit my flickr stream: http://www.flickr.com/photos/arutha
Qué tal?
In addition to what the others said, if you upload too many photos at once, people sometimes skip some of them, even if they're good ones, because there are usually too many good photos to look at on Flickr...I normally upload only 1 or 2 each time.
First and foremost: Put your efforts into taking better and better photos. Try to be humble, and Learn from the masters.
and then, (further to coollibrarian's answer) :
buy a pro account;
update and expand your flickr's profile page
take and post more photos, at regular intervals.
add better titles, descriptions, and tags to your photos.
reply to those who comment, fav, tag, or "note" your photos, and check their flickr streams
look for like-minded people who share your interests and hobbies,
browse flickr, add faves , comments and tags to others, add contacts and keep in touch with their photos;
join groups where you have to comment or score other's photos , and then they will do the same to you;
join groups with a high number of members;
join theme-based groups, contests , location-based groups;
join the discussions at your favorite groups.
start your own niche group, choose an interesting theme, and invite others to join.
Post photos at your blog and link them to their flickr page;Display the link to your flickr stream more prominently at your blog and photo-blog.
visit other peoples photo-blogs, join the discussion and sign with a link to your flickr page.
good luck !
