any tool out there let you combine videos? these all let you edit videos but not combine...

What do you mean by "combine"? Overlaid one on top of the other, or joined one after the other?
If it's the latter, there are many programs that do it (here's one), if it's the former, I think only the top quality ones can do it.
i mean add the beginning of one to the end of another to make 1 video.
