How can i transfer video from sony DCR-TRV355E ...

How can i transfer video from sony DCR-TRV355E handycam to PC and edit the said video before burning to a DVD or a CD. Please help.

You use the usb connection cable that comes with the camera.  If your Pc doesn't recognize it  then download the drivers from 

here. If you are not able to transfer video content to the PC you need to copy it to the memory stick.

Go to PMenu-->Play/Edit-->Rec Ctrl --> There u can copy data onto the memory card (20 min for 64MB depending on size of mem card u have). Now via USB the memory data can be copied onto the PC.
