Hey, you should be able to open it in the Media Player, but, if not, use another software program, particularly because you probably want to edit your own videos anyways.
Sometimes, cameras use a weird type of file encryption(certain codecs), so, if anything, read the instructions to see if it says anything, or if you need to install something... (I am telling you though, this should not be the case though.) Other AVI's work bro?
