Modesty in DRESS, is always a good thing. During Victorian times people always dressed modestly. Catholic NUNS wear a Head Cover too.  A woman may choose, not to expose herself, to the gawking eyes of men. Recently, however, Advertising agencies, have reduced women, to go almost naked. If you ever attend a GALA BANQUET PARTY, you will find the MEN dressed and covered from neck to toe,BUT,BUT: the women barely covered. This is not Women's liberation.It is Women's EXPLOITATION.
