where can i find my router user name?
(and its not the default!)
Not a 100% sure what you mean but it looks like you may need to (RE)configure your router and find out its name. It should be easy when you have the original router manual where you can find the default IP to get the the router's configuration pages. You will have to log on to get in. If you have not set it before the manual will tell you the default username and password. If you have changed this and forgot the user/pw then you can press the reset button to set the router back to the factory defaults. If you don't have the manual try the manufacturers websites support pages ;)
