I have bought a 2000 Monte Carlo from Apple Chev. and after I test drove the vehicle and I could only test drive it alittle because to salesman said that they don"t let you drive there vehicles down the road to far and after I left the lot I noticed that the transmission slipped, the meltifunction tilt switch lever didn't work and it wouldn't let me go from high to low beam and then on Sunday on the way to church my check engine light went on and after church I taken it down to autozone and they put it on the computer and founf out it was my egr valve so I called Apple again and they tokd me to bring it down again so this is the third time and today Wednesday after talking with them last night I talked to the general manager and he stated sure thatI could trade it in and get another vehicle from that lot but I couldn't find one that I liked so I went to the other Apple Honda Lot and he said sure that you can trade it in but then being a single parent and a mother with a child with a special needs I don't have the money to pay out all the extra expenses that I would have to pay extra to just trade this car in. I was wonderung if there is anything that you can do to protect other people because since Friday when I purchased this vehicle I have talked to three different familities that had the same trouble that I have had with their vehicles.I would like to know how this company relates to the better business bureau in regards to recommendations.
