I 'm selling a car to a so called friend I need a ...

I 'm selling a car to a so called friend I need a contract with a clause that he takes full responsibilities ,liabilties, full maitenance and up keep of the car. now here's the real concern he wants to pay me a 100.00 a week starting dec. 4 until may to pay off  2,600.00 .I need a contract to protect me and also insure me of getting paid all my money on time and if not ,if i have to repo my property with any problems.  p.s. I'm considering putting the  title in his name but with a lien hold on it .do anyone know or have a contract template you can share with me

I would suggest you do not sell your car to a friend. No matter what kind of contract ot wording, if you want to retain the friendship no matter what, sell it to someone else.

I agree. Do not sell it to your friend. He cannot afford it anyway. Sell it to someone who can afford it and pay you all the money at once.

If you sell it to him make sure he has adiquate insurance because as long as you hold the title you are responsable.  Check with your lawyer on the contract it is worth the cost.  If you value the friendship don't sell him the car, give it to him it's cheaper.
