If a used car salesmen was working for a set amount of money a week only if he made no sales for the week. If he made sales the set amount was not given only the commission was given. For part of the year he was given a 1099. Then the rules were changed and the set fee was elimiated. You only got paid a commisiion when you sold a car and nothing else. So basicly he is working for nothing. If he should get fired or leave this job can he collect any unemployment?
