A:I didn't know this was the practice now. Is this just in your state or every where? It is not a good practice to try to get out of the codes of the food industry, because of E-Coli and filthy people.Don't they do the inside inspections anymore? I still see in Georgia, where there are inspection certificates on the walls of the food establishments here. Everything is checked for temperatures and cleanliness and scored.There have been a few places so bad they just padlocked the door right then.If it didn't have a inspection certificate on the wall and the employees were not as clean with my food as I think the Health Department expects, I would no eat in that place ever.E-Coli is serious stuff and it weakens the body fast.
