How many unplanned children were born in the last decades?

Is their an estimate of the rate of  increase in the last decades of the world's population as a result of unplanned pregnancies? I'm mainly interested in pregnancies resulting from consensual sexual relations. I wonder what's the effect of carelessness on the world's population.

Getting the full numbers is hard to do in African and Far East countries, but you can get a notion of the phenomena if you know that:

A. Unplanned pregnancy increases among poor – all over the world and especially in undeveloped countries.

B. As an example in the Australia 50% of all pregnancies were unplanned!
