Hi, Seasons Greetings! I am working for a private company in India whose Head Quarters are in Singapore. The promotors are basically Indians. I have just finished a tenure of over a year. The company got into financial problems as there is no planning done properly. They have not paid my full salary for 2 months. Later they have paid only 50% of my salaries in other two months. Company has made the employees to Sign the "salary cut acceptance letter" very recently. All have signed, some how! Now they are saying they will revise (reduce) our salaries by 50% for a period of 6 months to 1 year. They will ask us to sign this letter too! Now my request is, is there a possibility for me to get my unpaid salary (though i have signed on salary cut acceptance letter - on company's letter head)? Pleas enlighten me on this so tht it will be a great help for me and my family. The total amt that is not being paid is really a bit amount.
