a married women getting a divorce is living with another man and father of her child, she also has a kid with husband,, can she receive welfare, food stamps, unemployment if she is living with someone. is collecting this illegal?
If she doesn't have a job, she should be getting help from the government. I would tell her that she should apply for all the help she should get, and try to find work at the same time. Welfare is there to help people while they are having a hard time, but it's very difficult to live off of and not really enough. If she has these people in her life there to help with the child, she needs to try to get a job and improve her life. Good luck to her.

Thanks.. but I think she is scamming the welfare system and was wondering it she can still get this money even if she living with the father of her 2nd kid. They are not married, she still is to 1st kids father. Common to these types and not sure if this should be reported.
I do not think you can until you are legally divorced, what about retaining a lawyer to receive alimony and/or child support?
I believe legally if you are married and now living with another man not sure what the circumstances are but you may not be eligible for alimony only child support for that one child that belongs to your husband. As far as the other child that belongs to the man you are now living with is his income not enough to support your child that you both share? You should be able to get food stamps for you and that one child. Do know your Food Stamp Assistance office will want to know why you are unemployed and will even help to find you work but give you stamps until and even after finding employment depending on your salary you may still be eligible for a portion of food stamps any income you get will be taken into consideration.
