Looking for an ultra compact digital camera

I'm looking for an ultra compact digital camera. Here's what I consider important:

• 
  It's mainly for indoor use, preferably without having to use the flash (so it should have a fast lens).
• 
  Good flash performance.
• 
  Lens should start at wide angle (e.g. 28mm).
• 
  I don't care too much about the zoom (x3 is fine).
• 
  It can have IS, but only if it  works really well (not all of them do).
• 
  It should be a fast performer compared to other cameras in its class (i.e. shutter lag, responsiveness, etc).
• 
  It should have face detection (how important is it, anyway?)
• 
  Resolution is insignificant as long as it's >5MP.

Any suggestions?
