I think it'd be a close game. Think about the Olympics, where a group of of the best American NBA players can't necessarily beat the best teams from other countries. Sometimes they win, and sometimes they lose.
If the top NBA players all came from the same good team (say, the Detroit Pistons), I think they'd have the edge. Otherwise, I'd be tempted to bet on the streetball team.
