I have a window over my sink that looks into my garage.... what can I do to make that more attractive without much expense?

I also had a window view that was not so pleasant for me. I asked a neighbor what to do and she recommended that I put some tall beautiful plants on the windowsill that helped quite a bit. It made me feel like I was in nature. it was a great idea that I wish I could take credit for. At least I can pass it on to you...

Hi,

  A few ideas are:

1. You could cover the window with clear frosted contact paper which would blur the view but keep the window a window.

2. You could put a shelf on the garage side and put plants on it. (Or anything you want)

3. You could take a picture of a beautiful scene and have it blown up to fit the window.  You could do this a few times a year so that your scene changes. (or seasonal).  Good luck!
