you can use it by your cellphone... just go to your respective email account for more details and guidelines..

I'm not sure you should do this if your school IT people ruled against it, not to mention that you might get in trouble...

But as the lady said, you could use your cell phone. Just make sure you know how much it's going to cost, because it could be expensive.
