Be honest and be true to yourself.

Hi,

Please see a Psychiatrist.  He needs to put you on medication.

Happy Valentine's. Play us a rose, you're organic, man.

Victims of circumstance owe it to fate. Victims of choice owe it to themselves.

My first reaction upon reading your post was to think that you might be using this as a means to avoid incarceration. I hope that this is not the case.

If you use alcohol and/or drugs, then dealing with this issues comes before seeing a shrink. After your addiction is under control, then, by all means, get into the mental health arena.

I wish you well.

Many a times, humans go through a series of changes in life due to certain environmental disturbances.

Your circumstances look much like having an anxiety effect. Check with a doctor Or review ..http://budurl.com/panicattackadvice

The first thing that comes to my mind is to recommend anger management classes to you but it sounds as if you have something else going on also.  I think you need a psychiatric evaluation if you have not had one.  With such little info as you have given here it would be impossible to diagnose your problem.  You describe having blackouts and paranoia.  This makes me wonder if you are drinking and/or taking drugs?  Having blackouts is one of the major signs of addiction and is a serious side effect.  Could it be that you need to be in rehab?  If not then it sounds as if you have a mental health issue such as "having rage" and taking it out on others.  Though we sometimes can't help how we feel we are responsible for getting ourselves the help we need.  There are many free programs available through local mental health centers.  Please call one and get an appt. today.

Try contacting your local Department of Human Services-DHS.also,the emergency room cannot refuse you.if all else fails,go to the emergency room, and tell them you are in emotional crisis and need relief NOW.i believe there is a hospital psychiatrist that would be able to see you.they at least might have some recomendations.you could also start proceedings to apply for social security disability.you can call information for your local office number, and they can help you from there.if you are prompt with your paper work, they often will scedule a mental exam for you-this is free you just have to get there.this route takes some time, about four months.try keeping a general log of your symptoms, this often comes in handy in a search for mental health.good luck.
