A:For one appointment this is easy - edit an appointment in outlook, tick off the "Reminder" box and the phone will not ring when appointment synced.
For several appointments you can program a small macro in VBA to tick off all the reminders for your appointments at a given range (or all of them). This will sync your appointments with no reminder to your phone.
