Is it true that you can feel or have a feeling that you are going through ovulation?

Yes. There are women who are able to feel their ovulation - this is commonly known as Mittelschmerz. In addition, a woman can learn when her most fertile time is by examining her cervical mucus.
However, even women who do feel their ovulation some of the time may not necessarily feel it every time, so I wouldn't rely only on feeling when ovulation is in order to know when it is.

For me, I know when I'm ovulating because I get horrible stomach pains during that time. Of course everyone is different... you may feel something around ovulation and never even connect the two.
