is it true that ears are the only organ that keeps growing.. well.. until death?

No.  Ears are not the only organ that grows, at least the nose grows as well.   I heard that nails grow for some time even after death (I am not sure about it).

MY inferiority complex isn't as good as YOURS

Nails don't grow after death it's a myth.The skin recedes when it begins to decay and the nails and hair appear longer but it's an illusion.

As for ear,I don't believe that's true because the skin is constantly growing and changing.
