How can someone be treated like this?

My name is Ashanti Gross Dean I purchased a 98’ Chevy Blazer  from Motor Pool 8609 Hwy. 51 South Coldwater, Ms. 38618 about a month in a half ago. My sister Shaquanner Gross also purchased a 00’Ford Focus that she only was able to drive for two months until the engine went out. I co-signed for her to get the vehicle in doing this when I purchased my vehicle Suzanne Palm stated that (I don’t suppose to be letting you do this because your name is already on another vehicle) , and keep in mind that I am purchasing a Vehicle with a state I D not a drivers license. On Saturday April 18, 2009 my truck note was due. I didn’t make a payment due to my husband’s check being lost. I was going to make the payment Monday April 20, 2009.On Sunday morning before day break I woke up to find that my truck was gone. I called the police station to report it stolen , because I never knew anyone to repo your vehicle for none payment of one payment and it doesn’t say that anywhere in the agreement. They said that if late there will be a $20 late fee charge, not a repo. So I called to Motor Pool on

onday April 20, 2009 and asked how much will I have to pay to get my truck back and she said $6,700 and some odd dollars and I said $6,000 dollars and she replied (yeah cause you already let one car up here abandon and you got to pay this amount to get your vehicle back). So, I asked her could I come up there and get my things out of the truck and she said yeah. I had purchased a amplifier, a compressor, and some 12’ inch speakers with the box . When I got up there to receive my things it was a hold new story. She wanted me to sign a paper saying that I had received my personal belongings but I would not sign it, because I didn’t receive anything. My husband was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and simple assault. How can you be charged with simple assault when no one was assaulted.I really need someone to help me out with this matter. I don’t think no one should be treated like this.
