It sounds as if you have a contact rash. These rashes are most often caused by dyes and chemicals in clothing, cosmetics, soaps, detergents.

To relieve the itch use a cortisone cream, they are many available over the counter and can be purchased at a drugstore or grocery store.

You may also find that you may need to change your deodorant and laundry soap. Try also to wear loser fitting clothes so as not to irritate the rash further.

If the rash grows or persists you will have to see a dermatologist or your primary care physician as this could be a sign of more serious conditions.

Good luck and best wishes.

I'll search, while you Cool wait.

Here is a list of several skin rashes and irritations. I know all do not apply to you, but you may want to look at Itchy Skin first.  Causes, symptoms, treatment, prevention, self-care and the works are listed for each, however you may just have a skin rash from your antiperspirant/deodorant and may need to switch brands.  Sometimes it happens to me.

Skin Test

Your physician may recommend you see an allergy specialist, who will administer a skin test (peanut allergy test), also known as a prick test.

Professional Golf Player Jill McGill shares allergy tips to help indoor and outdoor allergy sufferers in managing their symptoms As fall allergy season goes into full swing, Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) player Jill McGill and the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) are teaming up with UCB and sanofi-aventis to encourage the 40 million people with indoor and outdoor allergies to visit their physician and examine the way they currently manage their symptoms. This call-to-action is part of the national Challenge Your Course campaign. "I've lived with indoor and outdoor allergies almost all my life. As a professional golfer, being outside around grass so often and constantly traveling, I know how debilitating the symptoms can be, especially in the fall," says Jill McGill, LPGA golfer and a long-time nasal allergy sufferer. "I take managing my indoor and outdoor allergies very seriously, as my symptoms have made it such that I've almost had to withdraw ...
