We are visiting London this month. Are there any restrictions on foods brought into the Uk in our checked bags? Specifically, canned foods like tuna fish or jars of pnut butter?

True, anything can be purchased there, but the exchange rate makes it more expensive! Also what grocery stores are open when we arrive on Dec. 26?
