The travel agency owner has access to the ARC/IATA number. They should have applied to become an Iatan accredited agency when they opened which controls the ID cards. You will have to have a passport picture taken to submit for your ID card. I would talk with the owner to see if you have been accredited and have them give you an application to get your card. You can also go to

www.iatan.com
