My favorite vacation spot has always been the Adirondacks in New York State. Since you are from the Philipines I would imagines it is sweltering in the summer. But the Adirondacks - Moderate to warm days and cool nights; the aroma of the many pine forests, the hiking trails and above all the multitude of beautiful lakes. Starting from outside the Adirondacks to Lake Placid, Schroon Lake and so many more. Write to new York State for a brochure.

I am going  to give you strange answer for this one. For sure the best summer vacations will include beaches or other water sources like lakes and stuff. I would like to suggest a different kind of tourism. I will call it "Off -season Tourism". Try visiting  in the summer  places which are great to visit in the winter (it doesn't have to be necessarily in bad weather conditions). In this kind of tourism you get to know the "real" life of the visiting location. Different cultures function differently when it is off season then when it is full of tourists. Another reason to visit at the off season is the existence of less tourists and cheaper prices. I must add that not all sites are good for this kind of tourism. Think about it...

Nantucket Island - 30 miles out to sea.  Best time to come is in June or September.  Take the long ferry ride to the island.  When you arrive you feel as if you are in paradise.  It's the best place to be.  Plenty of sunrays, breezes, morning fog,  dark-blue waters, flowers everywhere, cobble-stoned streets, history and the best food anywhere.  I suggest staying at the White Elephant, Harbor House, Nantucket Landfall, Wauwinet, Century House, Corner House.  Ride your bike everywhere.  The nightlife is amazing. These are fun activities that you can remember forever. You will never regret it.

Well it depends on where you're coming from and on your budget, if both don't matter then i would say North India!!!

The most beautiful place I've been to over summer is Romania, Costanta to be exact.

If you are 5-15 years old: Barra, the Western Isles of Scotland. 16-21: Sauble Beach, Ontario, Canada. 21-35: Prague, Czech Republic. 35+: Vale Do Lobo, Algarve, Portugal.
